Hold on a minute! What is going on? Tony Blair & George Bush are arming to the teeth, with the latest nuclear weapons, a small country in the northern hemisphere, that is heading towards its inevitible independence.

Did I miss something? Oh yes the people of that country are proud & always box above their weight. Even although they do not want these weapons, perhaps they may use them to get some revenge for being exploited all these years!
