rainbows in curved air (or curves in rainbowed air)

I am now listening to the above album by Man. This is the first time I have played it since? 1975. It still sounds superb.

On the other hand, I just listened to 2 later albums by another favourite, East of Eden & it was dire.

Perhaps the latter shows what happened to many of the underground/psychedelic bands, when they took up the prog rock pretensions.

Maybe we should remember them as they were in all their greatness. Lesson learned.
